Wildlife gin cocktail competition
Wildlife is a local distillery based in Canmore, Alberta. They distil using local grain, small batch style to make a range of Gin, Vodka and Tonic Syrup. This event was to celebrate the local Gin, bringing together the very best bartenders of the Bow Valley.
The competition was hosted by the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel in Banff, in their Vermilion Room Brasserie.
